ANY RETURNS must be subject to prior agreement from Led Power.
Outside the legal withdrawal period, no returns are accepted.
It is important for us that you are satisfied with all your purchases on ledpowerstore.com. If you are not satisfied with one or more of the products you have purchased, without needing to justify your choice, Led Power allows you to benefit from a 14-day withdrawal period to return them to us.
This possibility, however, does not concern products which have been personalized at your request and which can only be returned if they are defective or damaged.
The transport costs cannot under any circumstances be reimbursed. The return costs will be your responsibility if the return is at your initiative.
Any return request must be made in writing within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the goods by the buyer.
No returns will be accepted without express prior agreement from our customer service in the form of a “customer return slip” which will be sent to you by email.
Upon receipt of your return by our After-Sales Service, it is handled by a technician who checks the contents and condition of the returned product. You will receive an email notification informing you that your return has been registered by our After-Sales Service.
If the returned product is in new condition in its original undamaged packaging so that it can be resold, a credit will be sent to you. If you do not wish to place further orders so that the credit is deducted from these orders, we can provide a refund.
No credit can be issued in the event of the return of products whose packaging has been damaged or products which have been installed or tested (except defective). Any return must be made within 7 (seven) days following the assignment of the “customer return slip” number; after this period, the return cannot be accepted, the shipping date being taken as proof.
Led Power reserves the right to apply a depreciation rate in certain cases of product returns, in particular if products were subject of a special order from our suppliers.
Procedure to follow for returning products
Any return request must be made to your sales representative within the following deadlines:
- 14 days following receipt of the goods by the buyer for products in good condition;
- within the warranty period for defective products.
No returns will be accepted without express prior agreement from our customer service in the form of a “customer return slip” sent to you by email.
Any package returned without its “customer return slip” will be refused and will not be eligible for any credit note. Unless there is a preparation entry error, shipping costs are the responsibility of customer.
All returned products must be in new condition and in their original packaging. No inscription and/or label may appear on the original packaging apart from Led Power transport labels (if this occurs, the products will be considered non-marketable and cannot be the subject of a credit note).

General return conditions
To make a product return, it is imperative to follow the following steps. These conditions are essential to obtain an exchange or a credit note:
1 - Make a return request
By phone or email firstname.lastname@example.org
To specify :
- the order number
- the quantity and references concerned
2 - Wait for receipt of the “Customer return slip” document from Led Power
Check that the information given there is correct.
3 - Pack the products concerned
- for new products to be returned: pack them in their original packaging after checking that the products and their packaging are all in perfect condition. We will not be able to issue refunds on products returned without their packaging or in their packaging in poor condition.
- for defective products: pack them in a cardboard box, taking care to provide appropriate protection so that they do not deteriorate if the original packaging is not available
Provide a sufficiently sturdy packaging box and insert with the products:
- Attach the “Customer Return Note” in the package
- Note the customer return slip number on the package.
4 - Ship the products to the address on the “Customer returns form”
Upon receipt of your return by our After-Sales Service, it is handled by a technician who checks the contents and condition of the returned product(s).
Led Power will process your request as soon as possible.
If received products are accepted, you will receive a credit.
